Take 3-15ml daily mixed into water or liquid of choice, or as directed by your practitioner.
Children aged 3-6 years: 3ml daily
Children aged 7-12 years: 3.5ml daily
Children aged 12-13 years: 6ml daily
Children aged 13-15 years: 7.5ml daily
Children aged 15-16 years: 10ml daily
Individuals aged 16 years+ and adults: 15ml daily

Shake bottle well before each use and flush the pipette in warm water to avoid any build-up of residue from the organic acerola extract.

As tinctures contain alcohol, those with alcohol dependency or those with a sensitivity to alcohol should avoid use of this product.
