To maximise iron absorption, take on an empty stomach, approximately 30 minutes before food.
The indicated recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
Children 3-6 Years - 10ml once daily.
Children 7-9 Years - 15ml once daily.
Boys age 10-12 - 17.5ml once daily.
Girls age 10-12 years 20ml once daily.
Children over 12 years and Adults - 20ml once daily.
