Dosage:100g flakes contains 10.75g magnesium and 8.5g OptiMSM®

For a foot soak: Add 150-200g (1 cup) of flakes to warm water and enjoy it for minimum 20 minutes or longer.

For a bath: Add 250-300g (2 cups) flakes to a warm bath and relax for minimum 20 minutes or longer if desired. It is recommended to take 2-3 magnesium baths per week.
