Shake well before each use.
Squeeze the dropper bulb once to draw the liquid into the pipette, then release the serving into at least 2 ounces (60ml) of water or juice.
Drink the mixture.
Repeat this process two to four times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
For optimal absorption, it is generally recommended to take the extract between meals (up to 30 minutes before eating or two hours after).
