    Shake well before using: This ensures the mixture is properly combined. Add one full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. (approx. 60 ml) of water or juice. Take this mixture two to five times per day. It is generally recommended to take the extract between meals for better absorption. To administer: With the glass pipette in the liquid, squeeze and release the rubber bulb once to draw a full serving into the dropper.
