Traditionally used to support vitality, ashwagandha has an earthy, aromatic taste with a slight bitterness.

Shake Well: The bottle must be shaken well before each use.
Dosage Amount: Add one full squeeze of the dropper bulb per serving.
Mixing: Mix the extract into 2 ounces of water or juice. This helps to improve the taste, which some find strong or bitter.
