Suitable for women and girls over the age of 12. Take at the first sign of any changes in your vaginal microbiome. If on antibiotics or antifungal treatment, take daily alongside them for the duration of the course and continue for at least three months after treatment has ended.
Directions: Swallow each capsule whole with a glass of water. Preferably take two hours apart from any antibiotics or antifungals.
Dosage: During antibiotic or antifungal treatment, take two capsules daily.
For ongoing maintenance: take one capsule daily.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Additional Instructions:
No refrigeration necessary when stored in a cool, dry place below 25° C.
