Take half a teaspoon (2.5ml) directly with a meal or enjoy in shakes, yoghurt or other fat containing foods as part of a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Children aged 4-9 years use a quarter of a teaspoon (1.25ml). Not intended for children aged 3 years or younger.
