The whole family (age 4 and up) can take Leapfrog to support immunity. One tablet per day for children age 4-11, and 1-2 tablets per day for age 12 and over. Adults can also cycle the supplement throughout the season for prevention - for example one month on/off - on the Leapfrog Pulse Method®.
