    Take one capsule daily with a glass of water to support female hormones throughout your cycle. For most people one capsule is enough, but if your hormonal symptoms could be improved after trying one capsule for 30 days or longer, the dose can be increased to two capsules. Two capsules daily is the maximum dose.
