We recommend that this tea can be drunk from 32 weeks of pregnancy. Start by drinking 1 cup per day increasing up to a maximum of 3 cups per day from 34 weeks until birth.

Best enjoyed without milk, each teabag is whole leaf and plastic free so can be re-brewed at least twice.
