Best enjoyed without milk, each teabag is whole leaf and plastic free so can be re-brewed at least twice. Brew for 3-5 minutes.
Can be enjoyed iced as a refreshing way to cool down: Use 3 teabags in a 1 litre jug, cover with freshly boiled water and top up with cold water. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours, drink within 2 days.
