To enjoy hot: add four teaspoons (approx.20g) of powder to 250ml milk and heat to your ideal temperature, stirring as required to warm through.
To enjoy cold: add four teaspoons (approx.20g) of powder to 250ml milk to a blender and whizz to combine. Pour over ice.
