A variation of the popular Cascara Compound Capsules, but omitting the hot herbs (cayenne and ginger) and replacing them with lavender, a cool herb but one with circulatory properties. The prime ingredient is cascara along with turkey rhubarb root, barberry, wild yam, lavender, fennel and raspberry.
