Use a daily sachet and simply blend or mix into hot or cold drinks or sprinkle over food. Begin the month's supply with the menstruation sachet on day one of your cycle (first day of bleed) and follow the daily sachets through your cycle. You have 28 days in a month's supply, if your cycle is shorter, simply take less of the luteal phase and if it is longer, you can have a couple of days with no blends during the luteal phase.
