    Carefully spray into your mouth or on the inside of your cheek. Take four sprays daily or as directed by your health practitioner. For children over 3, take a half dose (2 sprays). Does not need to be taken with food or water and can be taken at any time of the day. All four sprays can be taken in one go or spread over the course of the day, whatever you feel most comfortable with. Suitable during pregnancy and nursing. Halve dosage for children under 12 years of age as their additional daily supplementation need is lower than that of an adult. Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use.
