    Broccoli Seed Extract is broken down in the gut where it releases glucoraphanin, the precursor to sulforaphane, a natural inducer of Phase II detoxification enzymes. Each capsule contains 50mg of sulforaphane glucosinolate, the equivalent to eating 2lbs of cooked broccoli sprouts.
