Directions:
Start with 5g a day (half a scoop) and gradually build up to 10g a day (one scoop). Make sure to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day to keep your fibre flowing. Add to food or drink, including smoothies, water, coffee, tea, yogurt, soups, or sauces. This is a flavourless powder so you can easily dissolve it into food and hot or cold drinks.
