Move should be taken before bedtime. On the first evening, take two capsules with 300ml of water. If you have a bowel movement the following morning, continue with two capsules each evening. You can increase up to six capsules per night if needed.
In case there is no bowel movement with two capsules, increase to three capsules the following evening - again with 300ml of water. If you have no bowel movement the next morning you can continue to increase the dose up to a maximum of four capsules.
