One bottle (500ml) of ió fibrewater contains 6g of dietary (daily) fibre and 4.5g of prebiotic fibre. The International Scientific Association for Probiotics and Prebiotics (ISAPP) suggest 3g of prebiotics daily, and UK government guidelines recommend 30g of dietary fibre per day.

Adults to consume one bottle (500ml) per day for the first 2 weeks. After which intake can be increased if required. ió fibrewater can be consumed with or without food.

ió fibrewater is suitable for children from the age of 2. 150-170ml per day for ages 2-4. For ages 5-14, half a bottle (250ml) per day at most. Ages 15+ can enjoy a full bottle (500ml) per day in line with adults.
