If new to raw royal jelly, start with trace amounts and then, gradually increase the dose.
Take 1g daily (1teaspoon*) in the morning or at lunch time before food.
*Teaspoon provided in the box, measuring 1g.
It can be mixed with raw honey or taken on its own.
