    If new to raw bee pollen, start with with one to two granules first and then, gradually increase the dose. Daily, between 5-10g (1-2 teaspoons) preferably during the first part of the day, at breakfast or lunch. Sprinkle over fruits, cereal or yogurt, add to juices or smoothies, mix with raw honey or simply enjoy on its own.
