Rotate the actuator to a 90-degree angle and place the nozzle inside the mouth, pointing towards the back of the throat and press the pump.
Daily serving suggestion is 1ml and each single spray is 0.20ml.
Therefore, take one spray at five intervals throughout the day or one single serving of five sprays once a day.
