Using the metered dropper, take 1-3.6ml (1-4 droppers) daily.
Days 1-3: 10 drops/day.
Days 4-6: 10 additional drops/day.
Days 7+: 10 additional drops every few days until you reach 72 drops (3.6ml) spread throughout the day.

This product has a very strong salty flavour. It has no flavours or sweeteners, so we recommend adding it to your favourite flavoured drinks to mask the taste.
