    An optimal daily dose of 1.5ml is recommended. As an introduction to tinctures start low and slow. Begin with 0.5ml and gradually increase to three times a day. Top tips for using Brave Immunity tincture. + Use markings on the pipette to measure the dose with care. + For swift absorption, take directly under the tongue. For a gentle approach add the dose to water, herbal tea or tonic for a refreshing drink. You may intuitively choose to increase your dose in times of heightened need, but do not exceed 1.5ml up to three times a day. Servings per container: approximately 33.
