Take a small amount of balm out of the pot with clean hands and warm between fingers. Apply to the skin liberally and as often as required. We recommend a thick layer on at night-time. Suitable for cracked or open skin. It creates a breathable barrier on the skin which locks moisture in while keeping external irritants out. Can be used all over the body, including the face and around the eyes.
