As a Shampoo - pump a few times into your hand and rub gently into the scalp. This product doesn't lather as much as conventional shampoo due to the lack of SLS, if you want to experience more of a lather, apply more water rather than more shampoo. Rinse and repeat.

As a Body/Hand/Face wash - Pump some product into your hands and rub gently into your body/hand/face as needed and then rinse.
