Shake gently before use. Take 5-10ml per day 35-70mg (one to two teaspoons). Can be taken directly or mixed with a cold drink, smoothie etc.
Age 2-6 take 35mg - 5ml (1 teaspoon)
Age 7-14 – take 70mg - 10ml (2 x teaspoon)
For children age 14+years please refer to the adult formula

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
