For adults over 16 years: 40 drops every other day in 4-6 ounces (120-175ml) water 30 minutes before a meal or 90 minutes after a meal, or at bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare provider. If you experience gastric upset, take with plain crackers/biscuits or with a fruit snack.
