Mix two flat teaspoons (7g approx) with cold water or your favourite plant based milk, and consume after a meal. Best mixed in a shaker, adding the preferred quantity of milk or plant based milk. Avoid hot drinks for 10 minutes before and after taking, to preserve all the natural goodness.
