Mix 1.5 heaped scoops (15g) into water, fruit or vegetable juice, coconut milk, almond milk etc. Stir or, for best results, use a blender. You can also add fresh fruits and blend it into an organic foods and vitamin-boosting smoothie. Use one to three times per day.
