PLEASE NOTE: the density of the product has decreased and this has made it more soluble. For this reason the dosage has changed from one teaspoon for the old formula to three teaspoons for the new formula, the 5g dosage is the same. PHGG is normally well tolerated, but if you have a sensitive stomach, start with half a dose and build up gradually to the full dosage.
