For massage blends: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of blending oil. For facial treatments: Add up to 2 drops of essential oils to 10ml of blending oil. For bath blends: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20ml of blending oil and swirl into the water. For hair treatments: Add 2 drops of essential oil to 10ml of blending oil. Massage into the scalp and comb through hair. Leave in for approx. 30 minutes before washing out with your regular shampoo. Once you have created your blend, shake the bottle to mix together.
