Usage suggestions using one teaspoon:
Mix into your child's dinner - mashed potato or mashed banana work great (fussy eaters wont even notice!)
Add into an evening smoothie with banana and oats.
Stir well into a night time glass of warm milk or cocoa.
Children over the age of seven can increase the dose to 1.5 teaspoons (approximately 4g).
