Twice the strength of our B-50 Complex. And like our Vitamin B-10 and B-50 Complexes, Lamberts® B-100 Complex is yeast free.

Tableted with:
Cellulose, DiCalcium Phosphate, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Silicon Dioxide, Acacia, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate.

Disintegration time: Less than 1 hour.

Dosage

1 tablet daily with a meal.

Caution: Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.

Long term intake of this amount of Vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
