Lamberts® Valerian is one of the highest strength products available in the UK. Each tablet contains a 400mg extract, equivalent to 1600mg of valerian. Practitioners frequently recommend taking valerian one hour before bedtime.

Disintegration time: Less than 1 hour.
Dosage
1 to 2 tablets one hour before bedtime.
Caution: Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.
Mild drowsiness may occur. It is advisable not to drive or operate machinery.
