Suggested intake:

Take 3-6 tablets a day.

Three Soyagen tablets typically provide: 

3000mg Fermentation-activated Organic, whole, non GM Soya providing 2106µg Genistein, 2046µg Diadzein, 579µg Glycetein.

True Food® nutrients also contain B vitamins, beta glucans, glutathione, choline, inositol, amino acids and other phyto-nutrients naturally found in fermented food cultures of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Total active isoflavones per tablet: 2mg.
