Super B Extra is a high-B multivitamin and mineral formula with 15mg magnesium per tablet. It is particularly high in B6 and B12, making it excellent support for people who are physically tired.
Application
Used at a level of 3-4 tablets daily, it gives good levels of trace minerals and magnesium and high levels of B vitamins. Excellent for acute needs in people who have “overdone” things and for maintenance in those people who lead strenuous lives. Excellent combined with Vitamin C Extra to give a complete programme.
Recommended Dosages:
2-4 tablets daily, or a lower dose if combined with another multi, such as Cyto Gold.
*Beneficially combined in a base of lactobacillus bulgaricus. This probiotic species is a native inhabitant of the human GI tract.
