Directions & Storage
Directions:
Take one capsule daily on an empty stomach, 20 minutes to half an hour before a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. As fat inhibits the absorption of beta-sitosterol, capsules should be taken with juice or water and not milk or drinks containing fat.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Warnings
Not suitable for use during planned pregnancy, pregnancy or breast-feeding
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake/dose

Additional Warnings:
This supplement contains 300mg phytosterols per capsule. Consumption of more than 3g/day of plant sterols/stanols should be avoided. Not suitable in pregnancy, breastfeeding, in children under 5 years and by organ and tissue transplant recipients.
