Recommended Intake
Five drops in water twice a day. This can be increased to ten drops in water twice a day or as professionally directed. As a gargle dilute 10-20 drops in half a glass of water, gargle and rinse mouth. DO NOT SWALLOW AFTER GARGLING Can be used topically on the skin or as a vaginal or nasal douche. To use in these areas dilution is required
