Multi Mineral Forte contains Aquamin, a natural seaweed product from the clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean near the South West coast of Ireland. This weed is rich in calcium and also contains a large variety of other minerals and trace elements, which naturally occur in seaweed.
DESCRIPTION
Multi Mineral Forte contains important essential minerals and trace elements in an easily absorbable form, which makes it a valuable addition to a modern diet. The quantity and variety of minerals in foods have drastically changed over the last century because of contemporary farming methods. The current farming methods cause a disruption of the mineral balance in the soil, which eventually leads to the exhaustion of the soil and causes mineral deficiency in the foods harvested. The minerals in food can also get lost in the preparation process (minerals are leaked when cooked in boiling water) or during the refining process.
