Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose (HPMC en HPC) magnesium stearate, propylene glycol.

DESCRIPTION
Magnesium is one of the most important minerals in our body and is involved in more than 300 enzymatic processes. Magnesan Forte contains magnesium in the form of bisglycinates (amino

acid chelate); this important mineral is optimally absorbed in this form.

Magnesium supports the energy metabolism and is involved in ATP synthesis and the related processes (such as glycolysis, protein metabolism). Magnesium also promotes the stability of the

cell membranes. Magnesium promotes the correct membrane potential (essential for the conduction of nerve impulses) by supporting the sodium-potassium pump that ensures that sodium leaves the cell and potassium enters the cell. Magnesium is important for the nervous system and

the muscle function (muscle contraction and relaxation) and is therefore also important for blood pressure and heart function. Magnesium is just as important to build and maintain strong bones

and teeth as calcium is. Solely supplying calcium can have a counterproductive effect because

it increases the secretion of magnesium via the kidneys.

USE
