DESCRIPTION
The standardised Ginkgo biloba leaf extract reinforces vitality and protects against aging. The leaf (extract) of the Japanese Maidenhair tree has a broad range of health-promoting effects. For instance, it improves mental and physical stamina. Ginkgo Biloba Extract is beneficial for the condition of blood vessels such as the capillaries. The extract promotes the cerebral and peripheral blood flow, keeping the mind clear. Ginkgo is beneficial for blood viscosity and helps to lower the level of cholesterol. It also is an important guard against free radicals.

It is important that the amount of ginkgolic acids in the extract is less than 5 ppm. Ginkgolic acids are toxic and allergenic components of Ginkgo biloba. The German government has determined a maximum of 5 ppm for the presence of these substances in ginkgo-extracts. The US has not set a maximum; hence there is a lot of ginkgo available that does not have a maximum specified.

USE
Take 3 capsules daily during or immediately after a meal. The dose can be increased to a maximum of 6 capsules per day. Taking the product for at least 8 to 12 weeks is recommended to properly assess the effects. Preferably spread your intake evenly throughout the day.  The capsule may be opened if experiencing difficulties with swallowing.

WARNING
May influence the function of anticoagulant drugs. Do not take during pregnancy or if breast-feeding. Interactions with regular medication and other natural health products may occur. Please consult an expert about this. Besides taking this product it is also recommended to follow a healthy diet, as well as taking a basic supplementation of Multi Vital Forte, Vitamin C-1000 Ascorbate Complex and Omega-3 liquid (or Omega-3 capsules).
