FINGER MILLET DIPPERS
So virtuous it could slip into the Vatican unchallenged!
These hand-made baked dippers can be served with a dip or eaten as crackers. They are particularly good with hummus. Finger millet is a traditional grain high in calcium and protein. In India finger millet (or ‘ragi’) is used as baby’s first weaning food. Being India’s hardiest crop, ‘ragi’ needs no chemicals or pesticides and is often grown with other crops to protect them.
Ingredients: Finger millet, water, sea salt
