Botanical Name: Coriandrum Sativum Linnaeus
Origin: Russia
Extraction: The essential oil is steam-distilled from the crushed ripe seeds yielding a colourless to yellow liquid.
Comments:
Coriander seeds smell awful when freshly harvested, but if left to dry, the unpleasant odour is quickly aired off and replaced by a more aromatic herbal odour.
Coriander Oil has a tendency to deteriorate with age so we recommend a maximum shelf life of two years.
