Suggested intake:

Powder: Stir 1 rounded teaspoonful (6g) of Alka-Clear into a glass of water.

One rounded teaspoon (6g) typically provides:     

58mg Magnesium (carbonate), 626.4mg Sodium (bicarbonate), 1357.2mg Potassium (bicarbonate).  

Five capsules typically provide:  

33.3mg Magnesium (carbonate), 364.5mg Sodium (bicarbonate), 789.8mg Potassium (bicarbonate).   

Does not contain: 

Sugar, salt, starch, soya, wheat, gluten, maize/corn, yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.
