Suggested intake:

Take 1 capsule a day, with meals.

One capsule typically provides:    

100mg Hyaluronic acid, 50mg Vitamin C.

Does not contain:

Salt, starch, wheat, gluten, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.
