Directions:
Adults and children over 12 years take two capsules daily. Children 4 to 12 years take one capsule daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Take with a glass of water, ideally first thing in the morning when the pH of the stomach is at its highest (i.e. not so acidic).
