Oshun's pure Magnesium Concentrate is a convenient, unflavoured ionic magnesium easily dispensed at the press of a pump. Add it to water or any other drink - hot or cold. Each bottle provides enough for one month of daily use, with 300mg of mineral per serving (2 pumps).

Week 1: Add one pump to a glass. We recommend citrus flavoured water, juice or hot drinks, which will neutralise the natural bitterness of magnesium.

Week 2 onwards: Add two pumps as above. If necessary and well tolerated, increase dose to three pumps.
