Consume one to two servings per day. Each serving is 20g (equivalent to three heaped spoons of the APE scooper). For each 20g serving, mix with 75-125ml of liquid (raw milk is Ape's favourite). Add the powder before the liquid for best blending. As it's made from beef and unflavoured, it does have a mild beef taste, however this is easily masked when mixed with other ingredients in a shake or meals.
